What does this mean for the product?
Clean Air Optima® refurbished products are items that have been returned within the trial period. By refurbishing these items, we reduce waste and can offer you a more favourable purchase price. In doing so, we contribute to a sustainable solution for returned products.
Refurbished products from Clean Air Optima® are not only more economical, but just as functional as brand-new ones. This is because the refurbished Clean Air Optima® products undergo a thorough inspection and restoration to ensure that they work properly. This means that with a refurbished product, you can enjoy the same level of performance and reliability as with a brand-new product.
However, the product may contain limited traces from the transport, repackaging and testing. The product is completely clean and hygienic. Parts that cannot be cleaned are always replaced. It also contains all parts and documents. The product is shipped in its original- or a recycled packaging.
This is how we work:
1. Inspection
Returned products are thoroughly examined by Clean Air Optima® experts to determine whether they are suitable for refurbishing or whether their components can be reused.
2. Testing
Products that can be refurbished are tested to ensure they function properly and meet our quality requirements.
3. Replacing parts
When parts need to be replaced, only original Clean Air Optima® parts are used.
4. Cleaning
The products are carefully cleaned, and parts and accessories such as filters are replaced with new ones.
5. Packaging
The products are repackaged in the original packaging. If this is damaged we use recycled cardboard packaging.
6. Like new
As the products are just as new, they are certified with a 2-year global warranty as they meet all criteria for quality, safety and hygiene after refurbishing.
