How do I place an order at Clean Air Optima?

Ordering is very easy through our webshop. The desired product can be added to the shopping cart after which one can continue shopping or proceed with ordering and checkout.

Our available payment methods

The following payment methods are available in our webshop:

iDEAL:
With iDEAL you can pay online in a trusted, safe and easy way. Pay via the mobile banking app or the internet banking environment of your own bank.

Bank transfer:
The order-amount can be transferred to the IBAN account number NL 88 RABO 0111 5968 74 of Clean Air Optima Int. BV in Hengelo.
State the order number and your customer number. You will receive all necessary information in the order confirmation

Creditcard:
Payment can be made with the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro. The credit card details can be entered safely via a secure SSL procedure.

PayPal:
Pay quickly and easily via your PayPal account which is linked to your bank account or credit card.

SEPA credit transfer
SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) is a cooperation between the European Union and European banks and makes payment transactions in Europe easier. A SEPA transfer allows you to make a payment via bank transfer.

Pins:
When you pick up your order, the total amount can be paid by pin payment.

Payment failed or declined

If the payment has failed, we advise you to check whether the amount has been debited from the account. If this is not the case, the order can be placed again. Please contact our customer service if the amount has been debited but you have not received an order confirmation.

When can I expect my order?

Orders placed during business days before 4 p.m. will be shipped the same day (unless otherwise stated) via PostNL. Normally the shipment is offered by the delivery person the next business day.

When the order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with Track&Trace so you can track the shipment.

When do I pay shipping costs?

For orders up to an order value of € 200, we charge € 4.00 shipping costs for shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Can I pick up the order?

During the ordering process you can choose to collect the order at our location in Hengelo. You will receive a message as soon as the order is ready.

Do you ship abroad?

In many cases sending the order abroad is possible. For shipments abroad use DHL. Below you will find more information about the delivery time and shipping costs for shipments abroad:

Germany: Delivery time 1-2 business days. Shipping costs € 4 for an order value up to € 200,-.
France: Delivery time 1-3 business days. Shipping costs € 4 for an order value up to € 200,-.
Austria: Delivery time 1-3 business days. Shipping costs € 4 for an order value up to € 200.-.
Luxembourg: Delivery time 1-2 business days Shipping costs € 4 for an order value up to € 200.-.
Switserland: Delivery time 1-2 business days. Shipping costs CHF 4 for an order value up to CHF 200,-.
Liechtenstein: Delivery time 1-2 business days. Shipping costs CHF 4 for an order value up to CHF 200.-.
DHL Zone 1: Delivery time 2-4 business days. Shipping costs € 12,- for a package up to 5 kg or € 15,- for a package heavier than 5 kg
DHL Zone 2: Delivery time 2-4 business days. Shipping costs € 13,- for a package up to 5 kg or € 16,- for a package heavier than 5 kg.
DHL Zone 3: Delivery time 2-6 businessg days. Shipping costs € 20,- for a package up to 5 kg or € 26,- for a package heavier than 5 kg.

What to do if a product is defective?

If an item is defective, you can report this via return form. After sending the contact request, you will receive further instructions by e-mail.

Can I return an item?

When you place an order with us, you have the right to return the order within 30 days. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a statement (for example, in writing, by post, fax or e-mail) that you are withdrawing from the contract. Review Policy

• Users can leave reviews for a product on our webshop. Our customer service checks if an order was placed with the same e-mail address, so we can verify that the reviews are from real customers.
• We do not post reviews with personal data and/or privacy-sensitive information.
• Reviews are never posted immediately, they are always checked for grammar and language first. This may take up to several days, maximum 10 working days.
• Negative reviews are also posted.
• A review must relate to the product, not the delivery and/or service.
• We do not use sponsored reviews

Reviews will not be posted if;
• the review is not about the product;
• the review contains erroneous product information that is not or no longer relevant to the product;
• the review is solely or largely about the service, delivery or price of the product;
